Great Falls Deck & Carpentry replaced this weathered wood patio deck with a large Trex composite deck featuring full skirting and upgraded framing for hot tub placement in Great Falls, Montana.

The spacious, ground-level layout creates room for outdoor seating, entertaining, and relaxing. Trex composite decking provides a wood-look surface without the need to sand or stain the deck boards, reducing upkeep for the homeowners.

The full skirting upgrade covers the exposed perimeter beneath the deck, creating a clean, finished edge alongside the lawn and walkway. Coordinated trim and neatly defined decking sections give the patio a consistent appearance that complements the home’s brick exterior.

This project also included additional framing support in the planned hot tub area. Building that reinforcement into the project allowed us to account for the homeowners’ intended use from the start.
